Williams College has a campus-wide license for Element K, a web-based software training service. You may take tutorials on any computer that has access to the Internet. Access to the courses are available 24/7 and they can be repeated or reviewed as often as you like. All you need is a compatible web browser. Sign up for a free account now, or go directly to the Element K site if you've already signed up.
OIT Workshops are currently scheduled 4 times a year. At the beginning of the Fall Semester, Winter Study, Spring Semester and Summer, you will find a full schedule of workshops to choose from. If you missed a workshop you are interested in, it's very likely we will offer it again soon.

Click either the 'calendar' or 'list' link in the upper right. If you'd like to see all the classes at once, choose the list view. If you'd like to browse by day or type of class (i.e. graphic design, programming), choose the calendar view.
From the list view, check the checkbox(es) to the left of the course(s) you'd like to enroll in, and click on the 'Sign Up' button. From the calendar view, click on the name of the workshop. A 'sign up' button will appear in the window that pops up. You'll be asked to log in- use your email user name and password.
