There are usually three people assigned to answering the phone, but even then all lines are sometimes in use. If you do not reach anyone immediately, you can wait on the phone or leave a voicemail message.

Instead of calling, you can use the Contact Us form to request help. You can also email desktop@williams.edu or stop by Jesup 210. If you send Desktop Systems a message outside working hours, there is a chance that someone will reply, but it is not guaranteed.

10 AM - Midnight, Mondays through Thursdays.
10 AM - 8 PM, Fridays.
12 PM - 6 PM, Saturdays.
12 PM - Midnight, Sundays.
